大阪万博へ出展 — 中小企業を応援する「未来航路」で防災×医療×XRを世界へ

株式会社白獅子は、2025年10月3日〜7日に開催される大阪・関西万博「未来航路 — 中小企業の挑戦の旅」へ出展いたします。 本企画は、中小企業基盤整備機構（中小機構）と中小企業庁が主催する体験型展示プロジェクトであり、全国から選ばれた84社が「未来を見据えた技術やサービス」を発信します。 ▷ 未来航路 https://expo2025.smrj.go.jp/

今回の出展を新たな社会課題解決への挑戦の場と位置づけています。 当社は、中小機構が運営する岡山大学インキュベータ施設に入居しており、日頃から受けてきたご支援に深く感謝すると共に、また本出展にあたり、多大なるご助力を賜りました「中小企業の魅力価値発信」事務局の皆様にも心より御礼申し上げます。

出展テーマ：防災・災害医療×VR／XRの可能性

白獅子は、災害時における医療連携と災害医療の意識向上を目的に、VR／XR技術を活用した防災教育コンテンツを開発してきました。住民や学生が制作に関わることにより、地域への愛着や継続的な防災意識を育む点が特徴です。

今回の展示では以下を提示いたします。

• 地域を超えた防災教育の普及：メタバースの領域をVR、CGの技術を用いて活用し、国境を越えて防災・医療教育を共有。

• 人との出会いによる価値創造：来場者と共に体験し、防災課題解決へのヒントを共創。

• 世界への発信：災害と医療を統合した未来型教材として、国際社会に向け発信。
  

松原市での経験を礎に

前回の松原市危機管理課様へのコンテンツ提供での出展では、防災VRを通じて地域住民の皆さまに災害疑似体験を提供しました。 特に在住外国人や留学生の方々が多数参加され、言語の壁を越えて「避難の判断や災害の恐ろしさ」を直感的に理解できる仕組みが有効であることを確認できた貴重な機械でした。 この成果は、行政担当者の方からも「多文化共生社会における防災教育の新たなアプローチ」として高く評価されています。 ▷ 大阪万博で実現した国際的な防災教育 ～災害体験VRが架け橋となる瞬間～ 　 https://www.snowlion.co.jp/post/osakavr-1

今回の大阪・関西万博では、松原市で得た知見をさらに発展させ、国内外から訪れる多様な来場者に向けて「体験から始まる防災意識の共有」を実現します。 日本発の防災教育モデルを、世界に示す挑戦と私たちは捉えています。

なぜ「未来航路」なのか？

• 未知の大海へ漕ぎ出す挑戦者として：全国の中小企業とともに、社会課題に挑むメッセージを体現。

この展示を通じて、私たち白獅子は未来に向けた防災・医療教育の新たなスタンダードを提案し、地域と社会をつなぐ防災のかたちを世界へ届けます。 国内外から訪れる多様な来場者に向けて、言語を越えて“体験すれば理解できる”防災教育を発信することで、現在、日本各地で展開している「誰にでも届く災害体験」を世界に広げ、日本発の防災教育モデルとして展開していくことを目指します。

私たちは制作会社として単に「作る」のではなく、地域とともに「創る」ことを大切にしています。 今回の展示を通し、災害VRを通じて自助・共助の力を育み、未来の安心・安全を地域から世界へと繋げていきます。 EN Exhibition at Osaka Expo — Bringing Disaster Preparedness, Medical Care, and XR to the World through Mirai Koro Snowlion Inc. will participate in the Osaka-Kansai Expo from October 3–7, 2025, as part of Mirai Koro — The Journey of Small Business Challenges.This experiential exhibition project is organized by the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation (SME Support, Japan) and the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency, featuring 84 companies selected from across Japan to showcase technologies and services that look toward the future.

Exhibition Theme: Disaster Preparedness & Medical Response × VR / XR

Snowlion has been developing disaster preparedness education content utilizing VR/XR technologies, with the aim of improving awareness of disaster medicine and facilitating medical coordination in times of crisis. A unique aspect of our approach lies in engaging residents and students directly in content creation, fostering both community attachment and sustained disaster awareness.

At this exhibition, we will present:

• Cross-regional disaster education: Using VR and CG technologies within the metaverse to share disaster preparedness and medical education across borders.

• Value creation through encounters: Co-creating solutions by experiencing challenges together with visitors.

• Global dissemination: Showcasing disaster-medicine integrated educational models as a forward-looking resource for international society.
  

Building on Our Experience in Matsubara City

At our previous exhibition in collaboration with the Crisis Management Division of Matsubara City, we provided disaster VR experiences to local residents.The initiative proved especially effective for foreign residents and international students, who could intuitively grasp evacuation decisions and the severity of disasters beyond language barriers. This outcome was highly praised by government officials as “a new approach to disaster education in a multicultural society.”

At the Osaka-Kansai Expo, we aim to build upon these insights, offering diverse visitors from around the world the opportunity to share disaster awareness through experience. We see this as Japan’s chance to present a new model of disaster education to the world.
